Payroll Adminstrator

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll for all employees.

The Role:

• Processing of RoI Payroll for c. 30 , monthly paid , employees
• Processing of UK payroll for c. 10 , monthly paid employees
• Owning the transactional relationship Employee Benefit providers in RoI and UK and ensuring updates are recorded timely and accurately flow through to payroll
• Filing monthly and annual returns to Revenue and HMRC
• Ensuring our HR software is accurate and up to date with changes as advised by our HR department
• Identifying the best fit for purpose payroll software , in each jurisdiction and overseeing the migration from existing package, if necessary
• Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank transactions and with month-end and year-end audit.
• The opportunity for additional advancement exists in either or both of Finance and HR Departments.

The Person:

• 2-3 years in a similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.
