Salary: SCP 40-43, currently £46,549 – £49,590 gross per annum (pro-rata).

Full-time (37 hours per week)

This is an exciting role which sits within the Finance Team and reports directly to the Director of Finance.  You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 people to manage the finances of the organisation as set out in the job description.

In addition, you will be part of the wider Finance management team which comprises managers responsible for HR, Corporate Funding, Procurement, Arrears Management and Legal.

Finance plays a key role in supporting the Customer Services team, which manages the customer engagement and outreach, and you will have regular interaction with their teams.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Accountant with full membership of a CCAB affiliated body.
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial/supervisory finance role working in a finance function or financial institution with more than 50 employees.
• Experience of managing/supervising a successful finance team, in terms of; financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, cash management and developing financial control.
• Experience of presenting financial information to stakeholders and influencing decisions.
